50 - Year Limited Warranty

Lambertson Industries warrants all of its manufactured/fabricated equipment to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a 50-year period following the date of purchase providing written notice thereof is received within that time.

This warranty applies only under conditions of normal use and does not apply to defects which result from negligence, misuse, damage caused by abusive treatment, environmental factors, normal wear including dents and scratches, improper installation or operation, and/or accidents. This warranty is expressly made in lieu of the warranties of merchantability and fitness for use and any and all other warranties express or implied unless herein otherwise stated.

If a workmanship or materials defect results, seller will either repair those defects or replace/repair the particular item at the sole discretion of the manufacturer. In no event will the cost of this obligation exceed the original net selling price of the item.This warrany applies to the original purchaser

The manufacture’s responsibility under this warranty is limited to the exchange of any defective fabricated product which may be returned and which proves to be defective. This warranty does not include the cost of freight/transit, labor, loss of business, damages or other miscellaneous expenses incurred in the servicing of this warranty.

This warranty applies to Lambertson manufactured/fabricated products specifically.  Warranties from other manufacturers, when used as components or sold as complete products, apply as written.
